  • Traditional foam earplugs are designed to block out as much sound as possible, which works well for environments like construction sites but makes it difficult to clearly hear music or conversations around you. Q2 Earplugs take a different approach: our high-fidelity earplugs feature a precision metal acoustic filter that reduces harmful noise levels while preserving the full richness of music, conversation, and ambient atmosphere — so you can protect your hearing without missing a thing.

  • Q2 Earplugs have a Noise Reduction Rating of 22 dB — enough to protect your hearing in loud environments while still allowing you to hear music, voices, and your surroundings clearly.

  • Every order includes both a small and a regular size pair so you can find the most comfortable fit. The small eartip measures 17mm in length, while the regular measures 21mm.

  • Q2 Earplugs are currently available in 3 colors: black, blue, and pink. We’re always looking to expand our offerings, so if you have a color suggestion, we’d love to hear it!

  • While we focus on targeting our earplugs towards live music events, such as concerts, music festivals, nightclubs, raves etc., they can also be beneficial in other loud environments where you still want to hear your surroundings, such as sporting events, theme parks, firework shows, etc.

  • We appreciate your generosity! If you’d like to support tinnitus awareness and cure research, we encourage you to donate directly to an organization of your choice via our Groups & Foundations page. Since 100% of our net profits already go toward these causes, donating directly to a foundation ensures your contribution makes the greatest possible impact.

  • At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States. If you would like to contact us about shipping to other countries, please feel free to fill out our contact form with more information.

  • All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Shipping and typically arrive within 2–5 business days of being placed.

  • Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a USPS tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment every step of the way.

  • Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. We simply ask that you cover the cost of return shipping and send the product back to us, and we will refund your full purchase amount upon receipt of the shipment. If you have any questions about the return process, please don’t hesitate to reach out through our contact form.

  • No problem. If your order has not yet been shipped or fulfilled, you can cancel it by clicking “View Your Order” in your order confirmation email and clicking cancel on the order page. If your order has already shipped, please initiate a return or reach out to us through our contact form and we’ll be happy to assist you directly.

  • Absolutely. After covering necessary operating costs such as labor, production, and marketing, we donate 100% of our net profits to tinnitus awareness and tinnitus cure research. Our mission is to give back to the cause that inspires everything we do.
